Welcome to the Muses of Gaming!

They are Showgoyles that live on the parapet and prowl within the rafters and other secret places of the Palace of Gaming Casino in Las Vegas. No one is really sure how they got there or came into being. Was it from all the nuclear tests that were conducted just north of Las Vegas, at the Nevada test site that caused their manifestation, or was it from decades of the collected energies of HOT Las Vegas action? One thing for sure, is that the Palace of Gaming became THE nexus of energy for great Las Vegas action and fun. So they were drawn to the Palace of Gaming and made it their home.

For some reason the “Suits” and security personnel of the Palace of Gaming are unable to see them, but those who truly love great Vegas action can sometimes catch a glimpse. If you are lucky enough to see one of them, as the knowing locals say, she will gently stroke your cheek from ear to chin and then signal you to be silent. Those who can keep their secret will develop a sudden urge to play her certain game of chance and win BIG: REALLY BIG!!! So, they are the bane of existence for billionaire casino magnate Tonopah “Tony” Clark, now the owner of the Palace of Gaming. Tony gets even more frustrated for he can see the Muses of Gaming, yet his suits and security cannot. For Tony, deep down inside, is one of the greatest lovers of Vegas action!

They are not grotesque, yet they are very other-worldly. They are very large in feminine proportions and quite statuesque. Each is very much a girl and has all the desires, dreams and needs of a young woman, yet they are monstrously strong and often forget their own strength. They watch over the gaming action excitedly and they desperately want to be part of the scene happening on the Casino floor below them. They are the guardians of great Vegas times!

Once a year during Nevada Day, which coincidentally is Halloween, they are able to take human form. All year long they look forward to Nevada Day with great anticipation and then let themselves loose on Las Vegas, especially at the Palace of Gaming, much to the chagrin and dismay of “the Tony”, his “Suits” and security! On this crazy day and night, Vegas will have one of its wildest times of all year. And for all those unsuspecting lovers of Vegas action that they meet, it will be one of the luckiest and fun evenings of them all! The next day, at daybreak, they revert back to their original form; which can create for some real compromising situations! The power to win they bestow also vanishes. Let’s save that story for another time…
